Most standard components have no minimum order quantity. We support orders of any size, from single-piece R&D prototypes to full production runs. Some specialty or allocated parts may carry a small MOQ — we will confirm this before processing your order.

You can submit a BOM (Bill of Materials) via the online enquiry form on our homepage, send your parts list to [email protected], or contact us via WhatsApp at +852 5209 9691. We will respond with a detailed quote within 1–2 hours.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T) to our Hong Kong or Shenzhen company accounts, credit card payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Multi-currency settlement is supported: USD, EUR, HKD, CNY, RUB.

Q: How long does shipping take?

In-stock items typically ship same-day or next business day. International express via DHL/FedEx/UPS takes approximately 3–7 business days to most destinations. Russia and CIS countries via 4PX dedicated line take approximately 7–15 business days. Exact timelines are provided at order confirmation.

Q: How do you guarantee component authenticity?

We source exclusively through authorized distributors, factory-direct channels, and rigorously vetted spot market suppliers. Every order undergoes multi-point visual inspection and datasheet cross-verification. Pre-shipment video inspection is available for high-value orders.

Q: Can I get samples before placing a large order?

Yes. We offer free samples for most in-stock components — you only cover the shipping cost. Samples for specialty or high-value parts will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

Q: What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive components that do not meet the manufacturer's published specifications, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
