We operate a zero-tolerance policy on counterfeit or non-conforming products. In the rare event of an authenticity concern, we offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
Multi-Point Quality Inspection
Every component passes through our standardized quality control process before leaving our warehouse:
- Visual Inspection: 10×–40× magnification visual check covering lead coplanarity, marking consistency, surface condition, and packaging integrity
- Datasheet Cross-Verification: Manufacturer markings, date codes, package types, and lot consistency
- Electrical Sampling Test: Electrical sampling tests on parameter-critical orders using calibrated bench instruments
- Video Inspection: Pre-shipment video inspection available on request — view your exact order before it ships

Every component we supply is manufactured by industry leaders — ST, TI, NXP, Infineon, Microchip, and others — under their own ISO-certified quality management systems. Our supply chain complies with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals reporting requirements.
Warranty & Returns
We stand behind every component we ship. If you receive products that do not meet the manufacturer's published specifications, contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Our after-sales team will arrange return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund. For custom or made-to-order products (PCB/PCBA), warranty terms are explicitly stated in the order confirmation.
