1.1 This website is operated by Hong Kong Jasin Semiconductor Technology Company Limited, registered at Unit L90, Room A, 8/F, Tai Shing Building, 68–76 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Products & Orders

2.1 Product information displayed on this website (including but not limited to brand, model, package type, stock quantity, and price) is for reference only and does not constitute an offer.

2.2 All orders are valid only upon our written confirmation (by email or quotation). We reserve the right to decline any order.

2.3 Product prices are as stated in the quotation and may be subject to adjustment due to market fluctuations, supply conditions, or exchange rate changes.

2.4 We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of product information but do not guarantee that all information is free from error.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 We accept the following payment methods: bank wire transfer (T/T), credit card (Visa/Mastercard via Shopify Payments), PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

3.2 Payment currencies available: US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Chinese Yuan (CNY), and Russian Ruble (RUB).

3.3 Upon order confirmation, the buyer shall complete payment within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of overdue payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping method and costs will be clearly stated at order confirmation. In-stock products are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Buyers are advised to consider purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Quality Assurance

5.1 We guarantee that all components supplied are genuine OEM products and conform to the order specifications.

5.2 If received products do not meet the manufacturer's published specifications, the buyer must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt.

5.3 For products confirmed to have quality issues, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by us.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Returns require our prior written approval. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

6.2 Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Product damage caused by improper handling by the buyer
  • Products outside the 30-day quality guarantee period
  • Custom or made-to-order products (PCB/PCBA), unless a quality defect is present

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Under no circumstances shall Jasin Chip be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our products.

7.2 Jasin Chip's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and layout) is the intellectual property of Jasin Chip or its licensors.

8.2 No content on this website may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
