The SN74LVC573AN is a high-performance octal D-type transparent latch from Texas Instruments, designed for 2.7-V to 3.6-V VCC operation, but with 5-V tolerant inputs. It features eight latches with non-inverting three-state outputs. The device is ideal for driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers. Its flow-through architecture optimizes PCB layout. The latch is transparent when the latch-enable (LE) input is high, and the outputs reflect the data inputs. When LE is low, the outputs retain the data that was set up prior to the high-to-low transition of LE. The output-enable (OE) input controls the three-state outputs.
